David Lichtenstein Announces Aspen Riverpark Apartments Receives Superior Rating From NJ Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency

LAKEWOOD, N.J. (Dec. 4, 2009) – David Lichtenstein of the Lightstone Group has announced that Cottage Crafters East Inc., has signed an 11,766-square-foot, long-term lease at its 25th Street Shopping Center located at 2429 Nazareth Road in Palmer Township, Pa.

Cottage Crafters East Inc. is an established antique and craft shop displaying the wares of more than 100 antique and craft dealers. They feature a wide selection of antiques, handcrafts, collectibles and gifts.

The 25th Street Shopping Center is a 131,570-square-foot retail strip corridor located at the intersection of Route 22 and Nazareth Road. The shopping center is also home to McDonald’s, CVS, Radio Shack, Petco, Retro Fitness and Sherwin-Williams.

“The 25th Street Shopping Center is one of the best locations for an antique shop such as Cottage Crafters due to its proximity to local highways and surrounding towns,” said David Lichtenstein, CEO and founder of The Lightstone Group. “Adding Cottage Crafters to the shopping center will bring more traffic to this already popular retail center.”

Cottage Crafters is a well-known business in the Palmer Township market founded by Guy and Barbara Maake. Kim Ritter, a vendor at Cottage Crafters, and now president of Cottage Crafters East Inc., decided to take her love of crafts and antiquing to the next level.
