The Lightstone Group Adds to Tenant Roster at Browntown Shopping Center in Old Bridge, N.J.

OLD BRIDGE, N.J. (May 16, 2011) – The Lightstone Group announced that a children’s learning center and a dental office have taken space at Browntown Shopping Center in Old Bridge, N.J.

E.nopi, a supplemental education program that originated in Korea about 30 years ago and now has over 2.5 million children enrolled worldwide, signed a five-year deal for 1,257 square feet. The dental office of Wael Ibrahim, DMD will occupy 750 square feet under a three-year lease.

"This shopping center is a community fixture in Old Bridge and is located along some major roads," said David Lichtenstein, chairman of the Lightstone Group. "These businesses will receive strong support by being located near such strong anchors as well as from the heavy traffic this center enjoys."

Browntown Shopping Center is located on Route 516, a busy east-west corridor in Middlesex County, situated between Route 9 and Route 18. The 93,251 square-foot center is anchored by New York Sports Club, Walgreens and Wendy’s Old Fashioned Hamburgers.
