The Lightstone Group Signs Mi Chong’s to 25th Street Shopping Center in Easton, Pa.

EASTON, PA. (Nov. 3, 2010) – The Lightstone Group, one of the largest private real estate owners in the country, announced today that Mi Chong’s has signed a 1,200-square-foot lease at the 25th Street Shopping Center, located on Nazareth Road in Easton, Pa.

Mi Chong’s, a Chinese restaurant, will provide both dine-in and take-out services to the local Easton community, including Allentown and Bethlehem, which are the primary cities that comprise the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania’s third most populous metropolitan area.

“We’re excited to help Mi Chong’s expand its successful Chinese take-out business,” said Jeffrey Dash, vice president of leasing for Lakewood, N.J.-based Lightstone Group. “We are confident that the strategic location of the 25th Street Shopping Center will afford the restaurant continued success.”

The 25th Street Shopping Center is a 131,000-square-foot retail strip corridor located at the intersection of Route 22 and Nazareth Road. The shopping center is home to such well-known national and regional retailers as CVS, Radio Shack, Petco, Retro Fitness, Jenny Craig, McDonald’s, Pizza Hut and Sherwin-Williams.
