Pam’s Tobacco Road, the Latest to Join The Lightstone Group’s New Smyrna Beach Shopping Center
Tobacco Retailer Signs Three-Year Lease

NEW SMYRNA BEACH, FLA. (May 2010) – The Lightstone Group announced that Pam’s Tobacco Road signed a lease at its New Smyrna Beach Shopping Center in New Smyrna Beach, Fla.

Pam’s Tobacco Road is a first-class retail operation selling traditional and specialty tobacco products, including cigarette supplies, specialty cigars, loose-leaf tobacco and other tobacco-related products.

“Pam’s Tobacco Road is a great addition to the New Smyrna Beach Shopping Center,” said Jeffrey Dash, vice president for leasing of The Lightstone Group. “Located in a quiet residential community, the shopping center houses the only local movie theatre, which, in addition to the multitude of retail stores, makes it a one-stop-shop for area residents.”

The New Smyrna Beach Shopping Center has experienced an influx of interest, with retailers and consumers creating an exorbitant amount of traffic to the outdoor shopping center. Recently, Dollar General signed a new lease, relocated within the center and added an additional 4,500 square feet of space to the retail space.

“The customer will be able to choose his/her tobacco type and a corresponding paper, and have their own cigarettes and or cigars rolled for them,” added Dash. “This business is unique and new to the region.”

The New Smyrna Beach Shopping Center is a 101,321-square-foot shopping center, home to the EPIC Beacon Theatre, Parts Depot, a major U.S. distributor and reseller of automotive parts and Sears Hardware, one of the country’s leading retailers of appliances, hardware, electronic and lawn and garden equipment. Other tenants include Dollar General, Sherman Williams and McGee Tire Service.

In addition to the prime and convenient location, the New Smyrna Beach Shopping Center is also undergoing renovations including re-pavement of the parking lot, painting of the façade and recently installed pylon.
