Cynthia Blocker Signs Lease With The Lightstone Group in North Augusta, S.C.
Hair Salon the Latest Retailer To Join Martintown Plaza

NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. (May 2010) – The Lightstone Group announced that they signed Cynthia Blocker to a four-year lease at its Martintown Plaza shopping center in North Augusta, S.C.

Cynthia Blocker will operate a hair salon serving a wide variety of the local Aiken County community with hairstyles, cuts and coloring for all occasions. In addition, Ms. Blocker operates one other salon within the county.

Martintown Plaza is a 144,000-square-foot retail strip located at 1101 Knox Road in North Augusta, S.C. Tenants include Belk’s, Office Depot, Sonic Drive-In, Jackson Hewitt, Dollar General, CitiFinancial, Ruby Tuesday and Taco Bell. The shopping center is shadow anchored by Super Wal-Mart.
