THE LIGHTSTONE GROUP SECURES LEASE EXTENSION WITH
PRO FITNESS CLUB AND PRO REHAB AT BIRNEY MALL IN MOOSIC, PA

MOOSIC, PA (May 6, 2009) – The Lightstone Group, one of the largest private real estate owners in the country, today announced a long-term lease extension with Pro Fitness Club and Pro Rehab for a combined total of 14,000-square-feet at the Birney Mall in Moosic, Pa.

Opened in 2003, Pro Fitness Club is a full-service fitness center with a large indoor pool, sauna, steam room, tanning beds, a whirlpool spa and over 100 pieces of cardio and fitness equipment. Pro Rehab, an outpatient provider of physical, occupational and aquatic therapy services, is housed adjacent to Pro Fitness Club.

Birney Mall is located on 3409 Birney Avenue at the split of the southbound and northbound sections of Route 11, approximately two miles southwest of downtown Scranton. The 196,109-square-foot outdoor mall is also home to Kmart, Big Lots, Long John Silvers, Greenwood Diner, Holiday Hair, Dino & Francesco’s Pizza and Family Restaurant, and other retailers.
