THE LIGHTSTONE GROUP SIGNS AT WIRELESS TO LONG-TERM
LEASE EXTENSION AT PROPERTY IN SAN ANTONION, TX

SAN ANTONIO, Texas (May 4, 2009) – The Lightstone Group, one of the largest private real estate owners in the country, today announced that it has signed AT Wireless, Inc. to a long-term lease extension at 7404 Reindeer Trail in San Antonio, Texas.

A marketer and distributor of used cell phones and cell phone parts, AT Wireless is leasing 5,000 square feet at the 251,125-square-foot industrial park, which is also home to San Antonio Express News, VIP Aircraft Interiors, Plant Interscapes, and Texas Medical Supply.
