THE LIGHTSTONE GROUP SIGNS SPECTRUM COMMUNITY SERVCIES TO LONG-TERM LEASE AT EXECUTIVE PARK IN WYOMISSING, PA

WYOMISSING, PA (February 13, 2009) – The Lightstone Group, one of the largest private real estate owners in the country, today announced that it has signed Spectrum Community Services, Inc. to a 3,795-square-foot lease for general office space at Executive Park in Wyomissing, Pa.

Located on 2001 Statehill Road in the largest suburban office market in Berks County, Executive Park is a two-story, 60,000-square-foot office building that features an upgraded interior and new landscaping and signage. Executive Park is also within close proximity to Route 422 and public transportation, offering tenants easy access to shopping, restaurants and hotels.
