THE LIGHTSTONE GROUP RENEWS MEN'S WEARHOUSE FOR ADDITIONAL FIVE YEARS AT OAKVIEW PLAZA IN OMAHA, NB

OMAHA, NB (February 13, 2009) – The Lightstone Group, one of the largest private real estate owners in the country, today announced that it has signed Men’s Wearhouse to a five-year, 5,020-square-foot lease extension at the 177,303-square-foot Oakview Plaza shopping center in Omaha, Neb.

Located in Omaha’s dominant retail area, Oakview Plaza is a power center consisting of three single-story retail buildings located on approximately 19.6 acres of land. Oakview Plaza is easily accessible from any part of the metropolitan area, as 144th Street carries traffic from Omaha’s north and south boundaries, and Highway 92 and West Center Road provide quick access from the east and west. Currently 97 percent occupied, Oakview Plaza’s key tenants include Petsmart, Old Navy, Babies ‘R’ Us, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Famous Footwear, The Avenue, and others.

Founded in 1973, Men’s Wearhouse is one of North America's largest specialty retailers of men’s apparel with 1,297 stores. The Men’s Wearhouse, Moores and K&G stores carry a full selection of designer, brand name and private label suits, sport coats, furnishings and accessories and the MW Tux stores carry a limited selection. Tuxedo rentals are available in the Men's Wearhouse, Moores and MW Tux stores.
